Perhaps what happened in our last election concerning the Far Christian Right is also affecting those who follow Islam. What people see in the news, doesn't reflect the Islam they know.

The essay is heartfelt, and I recommend it to all. There is a generational change taking place in the Middle East. It is a shame that the "wise old heads" do not see it.
